Booking Policy

General Booking Policy for all Rhythm Events performances


  1. Please allow approximately 1-hour prior to and following event for equipment setup and removal.
  2. All deposits and event payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  3. Tipping is always optional, but appreciated by the performer. We want to earn your gratuity! Tipping often falls around 10-15%.
  4. The customer is responsible for returning all event planners at least 14-days prior to the performance date.
  5. Online reservations are subject to review and adjustment. This is rare and we will contact you if something needs to be changed.


Cancellation Policy: Your payment or signature reserves your event date and constitutes acceptance of booking terms. Client has 30-days from date signed to initiate a written cancellation request and avoid obligation. CLIENT ACCEPTS TOTAL CHARGES IF EVENT IS NOT CANCELED WITHIN 30-DAYS OF DEPOSIT PAYMENT DATE.. All payments are non-refundable. This agreement is not subject to change or cancellation except in writing and agreed to by Rhythm Events. If weather, Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control cause event cancellation, our only obligation is to reschedule. Client is responsible for collection costs if not paid in full by performance date unless other payment arrangements are made.

Great Faces Photobooth Bookings

Every photobooth event includes a free, custom print design. A sample proof can be emailed in advance of the performance to ensure colors, text, theme and layout meet with approval of customer. Photostrips are provided for guest entertainment & not guaranteed. An electronic copy of pictures and photostrips will be made available after the event. GFPB cannot guarantee digital download image file beyond 21-days past event date.

The photobooth is intended to run continuously for the time period specified at booking. Please contact Great Faces directly if you want additional or idle time at your event for dinner. Overtime may be available on-site, subject to discretion of performer.

All props provided at event will remain the property of Great Faces Photobooth and must be returned. GFPB cannot be held responsible for guest photo/video content. In the event inappropriate content is stored or printed at the event, GFPB will make reasonable efforts to delete the objectionable content as soon as possible. GFPB is not liable for damages caused by your guests to event facility.

Any photo or video captured by Great Faces Photobooth may be used in print or electronic form for portfolio samples and marketing purposes. For any individual not wanting their likeness used, the content will be removed upon request.

Disc Jockey & Sound Services Bookings

DJ bookings are subject to availability. WOW Enterprises reserves the right to substitute the performer when necessary due to changes in event timing, equipment requirement or emergencies. PREMIUM PBDJ PACKAGE bookings have priority for specific performer (DJ Johnny Fly) availability. Your privacy is important to us and your personal information will not be distributed.

Overtime hours may be available on-site at discretion of performer at a rate of $150/hour.

DJ Add-Ons including custom Monogram and Video Slideshow production will be delivered on-time provided the customer returns the personalization details at least 30-days prior to the event date. These items cannot be canceled once ordered.
